Description : Senza titolo

Indian ink on paper applied with an hardboard brush. Signed and dated 30/3/1965 in the lower left corner. Sketches of deformed human heads and bodies . The artist was born in Belgrade and got a architecture degee in his city, but moved on panting affirming himself and becoming the rapresentative of Yugoslavia at the Biennale of Venice in 1972. Witness in his childhood the atrocities commited by Nazis to his county, his paintings express the pain and the violence of those memories. Painting human and animal (mostly bulls and dogs) which bodies are related to dramatic and terrifying situation, he tries to leave a scar in the observator's memory of his painting.
