Description
Pair of Neo-Renaissance chairs, realised reutilizing two antique octagonal chairs from the Renaissance, to which Neo-Renaisance uprights and backrests have been added, richly carved. The uprights are supported by leonine feet, on which there are two mermaids that frame a grotesque mask; there are Caryatids in profile on the backrest as well, with some phytomorphic motifs.
