Mixed media on canvas. Made with the faux fresco technique. It portraits two young people, identified with Bianca and Roberto Bacci names and the date in roman numbers. Virgiglio Bertazzoni was born and lived in Milan; he studied at the school of lombard decorative masters, specializing painting, not just oil painting but also fresco, technique that he taught many years at the Art High School of Castello. His production includes portraits of young people. He was very interested in the art of Masolino of Panicale, Masaccio and Giovanni from Fiesole, friar Angelico, from whom he took the techniques and inspiration reworking and making them his own for his production, The painting come with frame.
