Description : Case tra gli alberi

Oil on canvas. Signed at the bottom right. On the back there is another signature with title and probable date 1963. The painting shows a group of houses hidden by the trees and reflected in the lake. Giampietro Maggi was born in Milan in 1934 and he graduated at the Brera Academy High School. He took part in many national and international exhibitions getting several awards. His production includes several landscapes and glimpses of Milan but also still lifes and figure scenes that recall popular life. The painting comes with frame.
