Brass alidade for a praetorian tablet, consisting of a flat rod, called a ruler, at the ends of which two pinnules with a pin for locking are hinged. Contained in an original leather and suede case on the inside.

Murano XVIII Century

Pair of Murano glass sugar bowls, Murano 18th century. Fruits in colored glass placed at the top of the lid, applied handles. Smaller spun glass sugar bowl.

18th Century / 1701 - 1800

Group of five fireplace mantles in various types of wood with leather and metal parts. Of particular note is the inlay with plant and animal motifs and the chinoiserie decoration on black lacquer. Some of the leather parts have a refined decoration with leaf volutes. Three bellows are 18th century, two 19th century.

Murano XVIII Century

Cup and small vase in cut Murano glass, Murano 18th century. Both made of colorless glass, although of different shapes, have applied handles and beveled decorations. The cup has a ground flower decoration.

Group of 6 Murano glass goblets of different sizes, shapes and manufacture, Murano late 18th century. Made of colorless glass, two of the same type have colored glass profiles.

Group of 4 Murano glass goblets of different sizes, Murano late 18th century. Colorless glass decorated with white and colored spyrals filigree bands placed on the stem.

Two Murano glass saucers, late 18th century. One in red and white filigree glass, the other in filigree glass with spiral decoration and colored glass profiling; golden inclusions.

"Baradelle a Paris"

Theodolite in gilded brass, with fixed and movable alidade central compass; signed on the underside "Baradelle a Paris". Baradelle was a French family of makers of scientific instruments; their production includes that of the father Jean-Louis-Jacques (active from 1752 to 1794) and his son Nicholas Eloi (active from 1774 to 1814), both signing indiscriminately with the sole surname. There is the painted and gilded wooden base with phytomorphic motifs as well. A similar theodolite belongs to the English collections of the Science Museum Group.
