Description : Natura morta con frutta

Oil painting on canvas. Of ancient taste, the painting proposes a composition of mixed late summer fruit (grapes, figs, lemons, melette) in a large worked basin, flanked by two other smaller bowls with blackberries and hazelnuts. The bright colors of the fruits stand out against the dark background, enhanced by the bright red of the tablecloth. The painting is presented in a gilded frame from the end of the 19th century.
