Finely engraved cameo shell with Venus and cupids transformed into a lamp. Bronze support with mythological figures.

Middle East Late 1800s

Blown glass service with rich polychrome decorations with plant and animal motifs; Greek with a Middle Eastern flavour. The service consists of two bottles, two saucers and two glasses.

Clock in black and red marble with engraved and gilded decorations. An enameled metal display with Arabic numeral hours is enclosed in a gilt bronze wreath. Lid in bevelled glass. Movement marked AD Mougin deux Medailles.

Horse in carved wood covered in leather on a coeval base. The attention to detail highlights the good sculptural ability of the anonymous artist.

France, Second Half XIX Century

Chiseled and gilded bronze clock with large base decorated with leafy scrolls and plant motifs. The clock is surmounted by a young woman with a dove and snake held in her hands. Enamelled metal display with Roman numeral hours and Arabic numeral minutes. Finely pierced bronze hands. Mechanism marked J. Contour à Paris, Vincenti & C.ie Medaille d'Argent 1855.

Triptych clock in gilded bronze and dark blue porcelain. The bronzes are chiselled. Leaf swirls, flower garlands and lion heads decorations. Display with hours in Arabic numerals marked Carlo Baglia Milano and protected by a lid with curved glass. Mechanism marked Vincenti Medaille d'Argent.

XIX Century - from 1801 to 1900

Wooden travel trunk with silver patinated bronze samovar. The samovar has engraved marks of origin and manufacture and has a height of 45 centimeters. Probably some elements are missing from the trunk.

Table clock in red and black breccia marble, supported by four rectangular bronze feet. Gilt bronze decoration with plant motifs under the dial. Enamelled metal display with hours in Arabic numerals and protected by a lid with curved glass. At the center of the exhibition residues of the trademark but hardly decipherable. Original winding key.

XIX Century - from 1801 to 1900

Ornamental outdoor sculpture in Vicenza stone. It represents two putti intent on picking grapes from a trunk full of vine leaves. One of the two is sitting on a branch in an unstable position, almost as if suddenly turning to his right, attracted by a sudden noise; he is naked, covered only by a vine leaf. The other is at the foot of the trunk, but holds onto it with both hands; he too is half naked, a drapery partially covering him.

Freestanding clock in gilded bronze with decorations of leafy scrolls and plant motifs. Enamelled metal face with Arabic numeral hours surrounded by garlands of flowers. Finely pierced gilt bronze hands. Mechanism marked Planghon Palais Royal, Japy Freres grande medaille d'honneur.

Europe, Eclectism 1870-1890

Table clock in eclectic style in gilded bronze, pierced and chiseled with decorations of leafy scrolls and plant motifs; at the top a female face and vase flanked by zoomorphic figures. Display with Roman numerals protected by a curved glass cover.
