Neo-baroque (1860-1890):
Advance in England in the first half dell'800, on reminiscences of the elizabethan, is back in vogue in the 1870s, but interpreted in a way very free. Represents the beginning of a response to the frivolity of the neorococò, but will expire soon in the pompous and eclectic style that combines strict elements of the sixteenth-century decorations sculturee of the first '600. The furniture is massive, richly carved, and carved, wooden dark patina. Masks, frames, columns, carved with busts that make up the architectural structures typical of the palaces of the renaissance, are the elements that characterize the neo-renaissance style.
