Netherlands, Third Quarter of the XIX Century

Group composed of two different pairs of chairs in the Baroque style, Holland third quarter of the 19th century. Made of oak wood veneered in walnut briar, they have inlays in maple and other woods with small parts in ivory, the latter used both for the bird's eyes and in the petals of some flowers. The inlays are floral with vases on the open panels of the backrest. Wavy legs and back, claw and ball carved feet of a pair, removable seat cushions. This CITES document.

Group of 4 Neo-Renaissance walnut chairs and armcahir supported by legs that are connected to each other by crossbeams of which the frontal one is engraved with leafy scrolls; the top of the backrest is also engraved with following arches and the gilded leafy scroolls on top of the pillars. The seat is padded and leather lined while the band of the backrest is made of refined cardboard.

Lombardy Second Quarter 19th Century

Pair of restoration chairs in walnut, Lombardy second quarter of the 19th century. Open back with central folder, decorated with carvings of leaves, curls and anthems; grissinato seat front, saber-shaped rear legs, wavy front legs and embellished with carved leaf elements. Removable upholstered seats.

First Fourth XIXth Century

Pair of Empire chairs supported by legs, of which the rear ones are saber-shaped and the front ones are turned and carved with characteristic leaf motifs, also re-proposed in the grip of the backrest. lacquered and partially gilded, the seat and back are padded.
