Early 20th century

Pair of "Ducrot" bedside tables supported by turned feet, in the lower part they have a compartment supported by two columns, on which the upper body with door and drawer rests; in mahogany, they are decorated with gilded carvings, the door is painted with cherubs, the upper shelf is in marble. Vittorio Ducrot took over the management of his stepfather's furniture factory in 1902, renaming it "Studio Ducrot", managing to establish himself more and more in the field of artisanal and industrial production of Sicilian furnishings. Specializing in the design and manufacture of mass furnishings, he availed himself of the collaboration of some of the most important artistic personalities of the time. Among these must certainly be included Ernesto Basile, an architect who at the beginning of the twentieth century held the position of art director, leading the company to international success.

Pair of bedside tables in Venetian Baroque style, Italy, 20th century. Made of lacquered wood, gilded and painted with floral motifs. Front with undertop drawer and door, wavy legs ending with a curled foot. Poplar interior.

Bedside table in painted fir, Trentino-Alto Adige mid-19th century. Front with 3 drawers, wavy feet. Top and drawers with reserves painted in a floral theme; sides painted with intertwined ribbons pattern.

Pair of Art Decò bedside tables, on the front they have a door, two compartments and a drawer in the undertop band; veneered in briar and bois de rose.

Late 19th century

Umbertine console supported by wavy legs ending in a curl connected by a crossbar, a mirror rests on the shaped top. In walnut, it is entirely carved with characteristic scroll motifs.

Empire open bedside table in walnut, Italy, first quarter of the 19th century. Front with drawer projecting into the undertop band and 2 doors, semi-column uprights with gilt bronze applications, plinth feet. Interior in walnut and fir. Lower door originally transformed drawer.

Pair of Charles X bedside tables supported by feet, of which the front ones are vase-shaped, have a door surmounted by a drawer placed under the top, in the characteristic groove; in walnut and walnut pedules.

Pair of bedside tables supported by wavy feet, on the front they have a door decorated with a frame; in the upper part a shelf with drawer in the band below, supported by four uprights, of which the front ones are twisted, to create an open compartment. Veneered in quadripartite walnut, the interiors are in chestnut and walnut.
