Italy Second half of the 19th century

Mahogany living room composed of a sofa, a pair of armchairs and a pair of chairs, Italy, second half of the 19th century. Backrests and armrests wavy, ending in curls and carved C elements. Upholstered backrests and seats, the former supported by turned columns.

Genoa 1845-1850 ca.

Living room made of richly carved ebony composed of a pair of chairs, a writing desk, a pair of armchairs and a sofa decorated with masks, winged anthropomorphic figures and pinnacles in neo-Gothic style. "Peters Genoa"branding inside the desk drawers. The coat of arms of the Durazzo family is carved on the armchairs and sofa. The furniture is published by Antonella Rathschuler in Henry Thomas Peters and the furniture industry in the nineteenth century. Antonella Rathschuler herself has edited an analytical description.

Northern Italy, Late XIX Century

Biedermeier style bedside table in walnut veneered pine, Northern Italy late 19th century. Top with ebonized molding and band, the latter also embellished with trimmings and a pair of gilded rosettes; front with drawer and door, truncated pyramid legs.

Piedmont, Second Quarter XIX Century

Walnut chest of drawers with front containing 4 drawers, the smallest of which is under the top, wavy lyre-shaped sides and uprights bearing small carved roundels. Bracket feet.

Piedmont Second Quarter 19th Century

Charles X chest of drawers veneered in mahogany and mahogany feather, Piedmont second quarter of the 19th century. Front with 3 drawers, the first of which slightly protruding; turned feet. Veneering arranged to compose a flamed design on the front and sides. Poplar interior. Small lacks veneer.

Piedmont, XIX Century

Piedmontese flap supported by turned truncated cone feet, on the front it has three drawers surmounted by a flap opening door concealing a cabinet with a central compartment and 5 small drawers. In walnut, the interiors are in poplar, vents and sockets in sheet metal.

19th Century / 1801 - 1900

Travel trunk in wood covered with iron foil straps fixed with studs. The metal bands are adorned with a decoration of plant racemes with flowers, made with a burin. The reserves between the metal foils are covered in velvet, now abraded adorned with a quadrangular motif with foil.

Provence early 20th century

Small carved wardrobe made up of reworked ancient parts. Front with two doors decorated with panels with wavy borders, capital carving in the band of the frieze, flower in a vase on the central part that separates the two doors and radial carving on the apron. Wavy feet. Interior composed of three shelves and three small drawers, the central one closed with a lock. Provence early 20th century

Umbertino wardrobe in walnut and walnut veneer, Italy late 19th century. Front with 2 paneled doors, drawer in the lower band, turned feet. Upper part with pair of turned tips. Interior spruce.

England Mid 19th Century

Planter supported by four legs connected by perforated shelves; in mahogany, it is decorated with brass bands, the internal basin is in copper.

Lombardy early 19th century

Bedside table veneered in maple, inlaid with various essences on the top and front to form curls and equally edged on the sides. Openable top and front to simulate two drawers without chain of which only the first can be opened "with door" concealing the internal lining in fabric.
