Oil painting on canvas. Unidentified signature lower right. The woman is portrayed in a pose that expresses a thoughtful state: sitting on the ground, her eyes closed, her head slightly bowed; behind and around her, fabrics and cushions, to evoke the alcove. The chromatic tones are almost uniform, in the range of beiges - bluish browns, among which even the rosy complexion stands out delicately. The painting has traces of restoration. Seated dancer

Bronze sculpture. Signed and numbered on the reverse, N. 15/75. The theme of dancers, both sculpted and painted or lithographed, characterized, together with the theme of horses, much of the production of the seventies and eighties of the well-known artist from Messina. Archangel Michael in search of Lucifer 1945

Oil on the table. Signed and dated 1945 upper right. It is an ironic representation of Saint Michael, the archangel who is traditionally considered the one who fights the devil: here he is depicted with his sword in his hand as he goes around the world in search of the devil, who is hiding behind a passerby. Luigi Filocamo is a Milanese artist who mainly dedicated himself to sacred art, and to mural painting, of which there are works in many Milanese and Lombard churches. An Alpine winter landscape, with sheep drinking from the stream in the middle of the pine forest, rendered with brushstrokes and thick, almost material chromatic mixtures, typical of the painting of Lucia Crotti, an artist from Monza who specialized in landscapes. The work is presented in a frame from the early 1900s.

Roses 1971
