England First quarter of the 19th century George III
English desk supported by truncated pyramidal legs with brass feet, has three drawers in the band; the top in the center has a Moroccan insert that can be lifted like a lectern and is equipped with a “U” -shaped upstand with drawers. In mahogany, it features a brass-plated railing. The name "Carlton House Desk" takes its name from the London residence of the future George IV, for which Goerge Hepplewhite designed and built this model in the 18th century.

Top with top with 3 drawers, front with flap door concealing cabinet with 4 drawers that slides forward, fitted with a morocco insert, band under the top with 3 drawers, perforated shelves joining the legs, the latter turned. XVIII Century - from 1701 to 1800
Supported by four shelf feet, on the front it has two paneled doors and a liftable door which, supported by two pullers equipped with a spring mechanism, becomes an extension of the top, transforming the piece of furniture into a desk. Four drawers are hidden under the door. The walnut cabinet is elegantly decorated with carved and ebonized frames and with blackened oak threads. The same design on the front is also present in the back, finished in the day and therefore making the cabinet a piece of furniture for the center.
