Description

Table clock with green marble base. Gilded metal feet with leaves. The clock face is enclosed in a sculpture made of dark patina antimony shaped like the trunk of a tree. Venus with Cupid on the top. Gilded bronze insert around the clock face of gilded metal with Arabian numbers. Engraved signature on the back, probably V. Constant. Manufactured in France, late 19th century.

Object in good condition. Wear consistent with age and use. Untested.
