18th Century / 1701 - 1800

Engraved Neo-classical fireplace with ionic columns that support the notched trabeation; it used to be lacquered in green as we can see frome the restoration works that had removed the following lacquerings.

Pendulum clock with imitation wood lacquered wooden structure, floral decorations and swirl lacquering. The exhibition frame is decorated with embossed sheet metal in the corners, the door covering it is damaged. Italy, late 19th century

Italy Early 20th Century

Revolving bookcase with inlaid top, rectangular structure on the four sides decorated with laterally arranged wooden strips and central baluster. The whole structure rests on a revolving device placed immediately above the four wheeled feet. Italy early 20th century

England late 19th century

Mahogany magazine rack with curled perforated panels embellished with columns and side pinnacles on the outside and internal dividers supported by turned columns. Turned feet ending in wheels. England late 19th century

England Late 18th – Early 19th Century

George III pendulum clock veneered in mahogany and mahogany feather, England late 18th - early 19th century. Featuring a large metal display with Arabic numerals and chiselled metal hands, painted with a hunting scene within a landscape in the central section and four female virtues at the corners; pair of globes-terraques and phases of the moon in the upper part. Structure embellished by six fluted columns, borders, reserves inlaid in maple and painted maple depicting shells and floral elements and by a pair of black lacquered reserves with gilded phytomorphic decorations placed at the top. Blown glass, fir interior. Dial signed "Parkinson Whitehaven".

London Late 19th – Early 20th Century

Victorian umbrella stand James Shoolbred & Co., oak frame and brass parts, London late 19th - early 20th century. Front with upper shelf with pierced railing, side pinnacles and turned bar; lower section with umbrella tray. Structure decorated with grooves.

Ancient cattery kneeler, Italy mid-18th century. Inclined plane that can be opened, front with paneled door and compartment in the lower section.

Piacenza Early XVIII Century

Baroque chest in walnut, Piacenza early 18th century. Indented band under the top, front with pair of applied side panels and inlaid central panel; paneling and frames also on the sides. Restoration and replacement of hinges and feet.

Cabinet with hinged doors in mahogany and briar veneered wood with mirrored glass interior, back-treated glass top and brass details.

Renaissance travel trunk with wooden structure covered with thin iron plates engraved to form curls fixed with studs and small flowers on a red velvet background. Three padlock closures and central lock with key. Side handles. Italy 17th century
