Material:  Wood

Description

Wooden stand with octagonal shaped base. The vertical element is carved and decorated with fretwork, it presents a dragon on the base and a temple supported by clouds and stylized bats. The structure is enhanced with gold foil, partly conserved. The top is half-moon shaped; it probably upholded a circular panel in porcelain. End of Qing Dynasty (1644-1911)

Object in good condition. Wear consistent with age and use.
