Description

mixed technique on a metal slab. A big central writing "Nature", applied as collage, is forerun by the letter S that transform the word into "Snature" and is framed by words paited and carved in the color. He was burn in Madrid and moved with his family all over Europe; thanks to the nomadism this youg painter and treet artist could get in touch with the first european expressions of public art. The meeting with graffit dates back to 1996 an it was love at the first sight: the young Pogliaghi attended severals convention getting in touch with the most prestigious italian and foreing experts. His graffiti evolve from year to year, they develop graphically and contaminate the creative produtions of the artist. Pogliaghi tries different expressive techniques achieving a wide and specifc knowladge of the processing of materials: in his prodution we can find illustrations, sculptures, material works, studies of metaphysical structures, chromatic experiments. Central theme of his art works is alway the urban sign that becomes drawing: the calligraphic sign, the "tag", becomes illustration, figure, drawing, concept.
