Around the World Collection Plate 1997: Venice

First plate of the Around the World series, depicting "Venice", a couple of lovers in a gondola against the backdrop of the domes of Venice and the bell tower of St. Mark's. Design by the artist Swen Vestergaard. Bing & Grøndahl introduced the Around the World collector's series in 1997. The series includes a total of six plates with motifs taken from some of the most beautiful and famous places in the world. White porcelain plate with decorations in various shades of blue. Each plate was produced in limited quantities only and exclusively in the year shown on the plate itself and production ended at the end of the year with the destruction of the original shape which made it impossible to reproduce. As a guarantee of authenticity, the plate bears the Bing & Grøndahl mark with the three towers, inspired by the coat of arms of the city of Copenhagen, and the initials of the painter who created the unique illustration of the plate. The plate measures 18 cm. in diameter and on the back it has two holes made by Bing & Grøndahl during production so that it can be hung.

This plate from the Around the World series depicts the "Opera", the famous building in the gulf of Sydney, Australia. Design by the artist Swen Vestergaard. Elegant slingback shoes, with square toe and elegant detail with fake buckle and button. Heel height: 8 cm. Ernesto Esposito is a famous shoe designer, who began his career in the 70s and worked with big names in fashion, including Sergio Rossi and Marc Jacobs. The shoes are in good condition, with small signs of wear that do not preclude their use.

Black suede open toe sandals with ankle strap and 10 cm high square heel, the result of the collaboration between the English designers Charlotte Olympia and Emilia Wickstead. The shoes are in very good condition.
