Piedmont Early 18th Century

Two-body sideboard supported by bracket feet (subsequently replaced), on the front it has two doors surmounted by as many drawers; pair of doors also in the upper body. In walnut, the front and sides are carved with tiles; locks replaced.

Woman's Face 1966

Mixed media on canvas. signature on the reverse. Also present is a label from the Cavour art gallery in Milan, with title and date. Plinio Mesciulam, a multi-talented abstract artist, has been defined as "enthusiasm, signs and colors in search of novelty and re-elaborations of his own past". His medialist turn dates from the 1960s to the early 1970s which, in the context of research on visual communication, leads him to the reworking of images taken from advertising or photography, proposing media figures transmitted by invented and enlarged screens. The work is presented in a frame.

Italy Mid 1900s approx

Group of six silver cups with turned stems. The inside of the cups is in silver vermeil. Silver marks engraved on the edge. 700 grams. The French term vermeil indicates a variety of gilded silver. The characteristics required for this material are a sterling silver base, covered in at least 10 carat gold plating and at least 1 and a half microns thick. However, the use of 14-carat gold, with higher thicknesses, is common. The chemical affinity between silver and gold gives the plating good resistance qualities. Currently plating is obtained by electrolysis. Originally, when this process was introduced in France, in the mid-eighteenth century, fire gilding was carried out. Plating allows you to avoid problems related to the oxidation of silver. Vermeil, being more expensive than silver, is a material used to make valuable objects (jewellery, medals, fountain pens, cutlery, toilet sets, watches, coolers, snuff boxes, travel toiletries, etc.). In fact, its cost is intermediate between that of the two elements that constitute it.

Original hat from the historic Milanese millinery Gallia and Peter characterized by large white, dark pink and lilac daisies. It dates back to the 1950s and 1960s and is in very good condition. It measures 53 centimeters in circumference.

Italy Early 19th Century

Empire sofa in cherry wood with Rivatino walnut borders, Italy, early 19th century. Tripartite open backrest with carved lyre-shaped panels, wavy armrests ending in a curl, truncated pyramidal front legs, saber-shaped rear legs. Padded seat. It features restoration work.

20th Century France

Portfolio table made with antique wood, 20th century France. Poplar top with book opening, drawer in the band, turned legs. Poplar and fir interior.

Extendable table with extractable extensions (tops missing) in beech wood, the top is covered in formica. Plan to fix.

Cartier scarf in pure silk preserved in the original box. The background is electric blue with a collection of the Maison's brooches drawn: the most representative models of the jewelery are in fact reproduced in the vintage Must de Cartier scarves. The conditions are perfect.
