Louis Philippe chair in mahogany, France, mid-19th century. Wavy rear legs, turned frustoconical front legs, carved and ending with wheels. Padded back and seat.

Nothern Italy, Early XVIII Century

Baroque chair in carved walnut, northern Italy, early 18th century. Back and seat in leather worked with non-coeval vegetal motifs, held in place by brass studs. Front carved folder replaced. One of the rear legs has a restoration.

Oil painting on canvas. Bottom right signed Borella and dated 1894. It is probably Rafael Borella (1874 -1953), a painter born and trained in Milan but then moved to Uruguay. His first Italian production includes Venetian and Val d'Aosta landscapes. This painting, which offers a mountain view, with meadows crossed by a stream near which a fisherman sits. The scene could therefore be a youthful production by Borella, suited to him in terms of subject and style. The work is presented in a contemporary frame.

Pair of consoles, supported by uprights of which the front ones are moved in a curl, have a pair of drawers placed in the band under the top.

Baroque chest of drawers veneered in walnut, Piedmont, early 18th century. Shaped top embellished with olive wood border, front of four drawers decorated with cherry tiles, also present on the sides. Rounded uprights, chains and moldings of the top and drawers in ebonized wood. Poplar interior. Handles replaced.

Decorated with golden carvings in rocaille style and painted leaf and floral elements. Backs, sides and seats with cane; a seat to be restored. Backrests partially covered in fabric, seats with removable cushions.

Piedmont, XIX Century

Piedmontese flap supported by turned truncated cone feet, on the front it has three drawers surmounted by a flap opening door concealing a cabinet with a central compartment and 5 small drawers. In walnut, the interiors are in poplar, vents and sockets in sheet metal.

Italy, 1940s

Silver box decorated with small flowers in relief supported by three snail-shaped feet. Taken in the shape of a chick. Silver and silversmith's marks engraved under the base. 300 grams.

Japan, Meiji Era 1868-1912

Bronze plate decorated with a scene of lohan "enlightened disciples of Buddha" engaged in various prayer tasks in a river landscape of lotuses and birds. The figures of monks rendered in bas-relief in gold and silver work, the landscape artfully chiseled. The edge of the plate with flowered lozenges worked partly with acid on lost wax.

A sofa that lends itself to being revisited to make it suitable for an environment with a relaxation area, with an original style and a taste of times gone by, the product can be restored by our laboratory, with an intervention that involves the replacement of the padding and the fabric by choosing from our different samples.

Oil on walnut board. Flemish school of the 16th century. The painting presents a landscape characterized by a tall leafy plant in the centre, which vertically divides the scene into two parts, rising from the brown and dark earth in the foreground, towards the horizon of wooded blue hills, which then fade into a chromatic continuum in the sky above, interrupted by the thick foliage of the tree. The scene in the foreground is animated by various figurines of walking characters, scattered across the countryside. The chromatic choices are peculiar, the browns and blues, which together with the type of landscape and the figures refer to Flemish painting; moreover, the use of a walnut panel testifies to a Flemish artist working in Italy, where this pictorial support, unusual in Northern Europe, was used. The painting is presented in a contemporary frame.
