Italy First Quarter 19th Century

Pair of cups in burnished bronze and yellow Siena marble, Italy, first quarter of the 19th century. Oval marble plinth base, embellished with shell and bead frets in the lower part and a pair of festoons made up of leaves, lake reeds and four valves arranged in a rosette, one of which is partially missing. Upper section of the base with a bronze plate to simulate marine ripples, from which rises a sculpture in the round depicting a two-tailed winged siren, characterized by a "crown" of algae and raised arms, the latter holding a large shell with a segmented placed on top. One of the bronzes that surround the plinth is partially missing.

Silver box decorated with small flowers in relief. Lid with a bunch of flowers. Silver and silversmith's marks engraved under the base. 300 grams.

Italy, 1960s

Lamp with base and glass holder ring in engraved and perforated silver and turned body in onyx. Satin glass lampshade. Silver marks engraved on the base, manufacturing mark difficult to read.

Europe, Late XIX - Early XX Century

Centerpiece in embossed and chiselled silver with a wavy edge, decorated with festoons and leaf scrolls, supported by three curled feet. Silver mark engraved under the base. 874 grams.

Engraved silver bucket with Greek decoration and festoons. Silver marks engraved on the podded handle. 294 grams.

Sugar bowl in chiselled silver and engraved with Greek motifs on the edges. Flower grip and podded handles with four-leaf clovers. Silver marks under the lid and on a handle, difficult to read, Milanese silversmith. 436 grams. Crystal bowl.

Circular marble bowl shaped like a pod. On the front, a finely sculpted face.

Northern Italy, 1877

Steelyard scale in solid iron and bronze with a maximum capacity of 252 kilograms. Graduated rod with square section. It has wrought iron hooks in the shape of fantastic animals, shaped gilt bronze plates and a wrought iron and bronze weight. On the rod and on the weight there is a stamp and engraved brand of the artisan producer. Absence of chains. Coeval fir wooden case.

Europe, Mid XVII Century

Small wooden travel box covered with iron foil straps fixed with small studs. The metal bands are adorned with a decoration of vegetal racemes with flowers, made in embossed and burin. Between the metal plates the casket is covered in worked leather and features a Greek decoration and vegetal motifs. Interior covered in fabric.

Japan XIX Century

Pair of refined candle holders with evocative porcelain subjects mounted on burnished and gilded bronze garden seats. The two "Erxian"brothers of Chinese origin but replicated in the Hirado factories in the 19th century hold candle holders in the form of plants with flowering branches. The bronze settings were most likely made in Europe.

France Mid 1900s

Pair of lamps in cut crystal and bronze with fabric lampshades. Adhesive label of the manufacturer under the base of a lamp.

Italy, Late XIX Century

Pair of portrait frames in bronze and semi-precious stones Enrico Bosi Florence. Enrico Bosi was active between 1850 and 1865 in Florence where he had his studio. He often worked together with other important figures such as Francesco Betti, Bianchini and the Buoninsigni brothers.

19th Century / 1801 - 1900

Inkwell with large base in green serpentine marble surmounted by two cup-shaped vases with lids and lion handles with the function of inkwells. In the center, a statue of Mercury with the author\'s engraved signature. The bronzes are gilded and have some parts worked in burin.

Silver table set finelly decorated with caryatids and greek. The set is made of an oil cruet, salt and pepper shaker and sugar bowl. Silver's brands wedged. gr1290

England, 1894-1895

Large silver tray engraved and chiseled on the large cable with repeated and vegetal motifs. Perforated and chiseled brim with a repeated vegetal theme. Chiselled side grips. Retailer's and Sheffield manufacturer's mark engraved under the base. 5340 grams.

Trentino First half of the 19th century

Pair of small sculptures in carved Swiss pine; on a circular base there are two standing figures, one of an unidentified bishop, while the other of San Rocco: applied to the cloak are the two shells, symbol of pilgrimage, and the robe allows a glimpse of the plague; the little dog is missing, an attribute with which it is usually accompanied. Both are protected by glass bells.
