Oil on canvas. The big canvas presents a North European landscape facing the sea. The view is dominated by a secular plant, under the tree there is a farm; in front of the gate there is a woman holding her child and feeding the chickens. In the foreground ducks are splashing in the pond. The painting is presented in a coeval frame.
