Description : Le Baccanti addormentate con satiri

Oil on canvas. The art piece belonges to a follower of Francois Boucher and partially replies the namesake painting of the mastre of 1758, known also for René Gaillad's graphics (1722-1790). In the scene ther are some sleapy meanads lied after the Bacchanal testified by the grapes in their hands, while some satyrsare spying on them. The painting, already restore, is presented with a style frame.

Very good condition. Wear consistent with age and use. It may have been restored by an expert.
