Oil on plywwod. Signed on the lower left corner. Title and date 1933 on the back. On the frame ther is a label with the artist's name, title an date 1933: probably placed for the exposition. The artist was born in Rovato (BS) and lived mostly in Milan: started as engraver and at the age of forty decided to paint landscapes depicting mainly the lombard countryside and the typical milanese places. The painting in question is a small parisian glimpse of one of the Seine's harbor. Displayed in a coeval gilded frame.
