Giuseppe Cherubini, born in Ancona and trained in Rome, moved to Venice in 1902, where he worked until his death creating various works in the churches and theaters (La Fenice) of the city. He participated in the Venice Biennale in 1905 and 1926. He exhibited in cities such as London, Berlin, Munich, Venice, Rome and Monza. In 1947 Venice recognized him as honorary citizenship. Prevailing in his production are Venetian views and genre scenes.
