Oil on hardboard. Unidentifiable acronym at the bottom left. In English style, the painting presents a country landscape with a hunting dog sniffing out the scent, followed at a distance by the hunter. The painting is presented in a contemporary frame.

Graphics applied in watercolour. On a background of wooden panels drawn in watercolour, to simulate a wall, pages of old books with texts and images, sheets of ancient musical scores, envelopes of letters are applied; all the elements are then outlined in watercolor to create the effect of shadows, to give greater depth to the paper images. The work is presented in a frame.

Under glass painting. The work appears to be composed of an engraving applied to the glass and painted on the back. Saint Peter the Apostle is depicted, intent on prayer and listening to the divine voice that comes from the open heavens above him; according to traditional iconography Peter has with him a bunch of keys, a sign of his investiture as the first head of the church, and a cockerel, which instead recalls the episode of Jesus' denial: Christ had predicted to him that during his Passion, before the rooster had crowed, Peter would have denied him three times, and so it was.

Wooden sculptures. It is a composition of two wooden heads, a male one and a female one, placed on a board and framed by a gilded frame of 19th century. The heads might had been the handles of a canteran of 17th century.

Oil on canvas. The painting, made in the first half of the 1900s, takes up the landscape works in the subject and in the pictorial mode: in a landscape rich in vegetation and with peaks in the background, a young commoner asks for charity from some travelers who rest on the roadside , near a stone arch. The canvas has undergone aging and is presented in a late 19th century frame.

Oil painting on canvas. Central European school of the early 1900s. This is a copy of the famous painting created around 1880 by Carl Ludwig Friedrich Becker (1820 -1900) and sold at auction at Sotheby's in New York in 1999. At the bottom right there is the writing Becker to imitate or refer to the original. In the scene the Moor of Venice is telling Desdemona and the Doge his adventures as captain of the Venetian fleet.

The Spinner 1897

Oil on canvas, applied to panel. signed and dated lower left. In the foreground a young woman is portrayed intent on spinning, inside a simple room. This type of portrait of popular figures, of a realist nature, characterized the artistic production of the Belgian painter Oscar Halle, who also produced outdoor scenes, always animated by figures. The painting is presented in a period frame.

Oil painting on canvas. Signed Parlaghy K. lower left. It is a copy (of almost identical size) of the large painting created in 1882 by the Hungarian painter János Jankó (1833 -1896), preserved in the National Gallery in Budapest. The large scene sees a wedding procession on the move, with the bride's carriage in the centre, all festively decorated, followed by the carriages with guests and instrumentalists; some soldiers on horseback accompany the procession, an escort of honor indicating that the groom is an important person. On the ground, on the left, lies the lifeless body of a young man that the bride desperately tries to reach, trying to throw herself off the wagon, but is immediately stopped by some soldiers of the escort: perhaps the woman, headed for an arranged marriage with a another man (as Hungarian tradition allowed for a long time), discovers the body of his true lover who, out of desperation, took his own life, as the gun he holds suggests. The painting is presented in a period frame.

Oil painting on canvas. Central European school of the late 19th century. The Madonna sits on the throne, with Jesus asleep on her lap; on both sides a group of little angels, dressed as children of different ages, play instruments and sing: their concert is perhaps the lullaby that accompanies the sleep of the Divine Child. The scene is depicted painted in a marble altar, on whose side balustrades the angels are placed; behind Mary there is a lunette with a starry sky, while at her feet there is a dove and olive branches, symbols of peace. The work is presented in a period frame.

Mountain Landscape with Lake 1863

Oil painting on canvas. Signed and dated lower left. The Prussian noble painter Stanislas Eduard von Kalckreuth distinguished himself for the production of mountain landscapes, in particular views including the small bodies of water on the mountain peaks. This work was previously sold at public auction in Munich. Restored and relined, it is presented in a period frame.

Mozart and Aloysia Weber 1885

Oil painting on canvas. Signed and dated lower right. On the back there is a vintage cartouche with the title "Mozart and Aloysia, his first love". Aloysia Weber (1760 -1839), a well-known German soprano, was in her youth a pupil of Mozart (1756 -1791) who was slightly older than her and, according to rumors, the composer fell in love with her but without being reciprocated. Mozart composed a series of arias for the young woman he loved between 1778 and 1788 (Mozart's name appears on the score placed on the spinet), but he was never reciprocated and subsequently married Constance, Aloysia's younger sister. The painting therefore shows a moment of the singing lesson, with Mozart sitting at the spinet correcting the girl standing with the score in her hand; as per good practice, the mother is present in the room and supervises the lesson while she sews. The painting was offered at the Dorotheum auction in Salzburg in 2007. Restored and relined, it is presented in a gilded frame from the early 1900s. The painting
